目的 确定海南省疟区间日疟原虫环子孢子蛋白 (CSP)基因型及地理分布 ,为制定合理的防治对策提供科学依据。 方法 采用套式等位特异聚合酶链反应 (PCR)技术 ,检测在海南省疟区内感染的间日疟病人滤纸血滴样本。 结果 在 99份受检血样中 ,有 5 4份显示约 70 0 bp和约 180 bp二条扩增带 ,为温带族虫株 ,占 5 4.5 4% ;33份显示约 70 0bp扩增带 ,为热带族虫株 ,占 33.33% ;12份显示约 70 0 bp和 5 88bp两条扩增带 ,为 PV- 2型虫株 ,占 12 .12 %。 结论 海南省流行的间日疟原虫 CSP呈多态性 ,且存在地理分布差异。
Objective To determine the genotype and geographical distribution of Plasmodium vivax sporozoite protein (CSP) in Hainan Province and to provide a scientific basis for formulating a reasonable control strategy. Methods The nested PCR method was used to detect the blood filter paper of malaria patients infected with malaria in Hainan Province. Results Of the 99 samples tested, 54 showed two bands of about 70 bp and about 180 bp, which belonged to the temperate family, accounting for 54.5%. 33 showed about 70 bp of amplification band And 33.33% of them belonged to Helicobacter pylori strains. Twelve of them showed two bands of about 70 bp and 588 bp, accounting for 12.12% of PV-2 strains. Conclusion The prevalence of CSP in Hainan Province is polymorphic and there are differences in geographical distribution.
