目的 :调查驻京部队非现役文职护士工作满意度和留职意愿情况,并分析工作满意度与留职意愿的相关性。方法 :抽取驻京部队116名非现役文职护士,采用中文版留职意愿问卷和护士工作满意度量表,进行问卷调查。结果 :护士留职意愿为(3.11±0.57)分,工作满意度平均得分为(2.89±0.54)分,工作满意度各维度排在前三位的是被表扬和认可、与同事的关系、控制与责任。工作满意度各维度与留职意愿呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 :护理管理者应有针对性地提高非现役文职护士的工作满意度,提高留职意愿水平,从而避免离职倾向的产生,降低离职率,使其更好地为部队服务。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the job satisfaction and job-seeking willingness of non-active civilian nurses in Beijing and analyze the correlation between job satisfaction and job-seeking willingness. Methods: A total of 116 non-active civilian nurses in Beijing were recruited. Questionnaires were made using the Chinese version of the intention to retain a job and the job satisfaction scale of the nurses. Results: The willingness of nurses to stay is (3.11 ± 0.57) points, the average score of job satisfaction is (2.89 ± 0.54) points, and the top three of the dimensions of job satisfaction are recognized and accepted. The relationship with colleagues, control and responsibility. The dimensions of job satisfaction were positively correlated with the intention to stay (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing managers should improve the job satisfaction of non-active civilian nurses in a targeted manner and improve their willingness to stay, so as to avoid the occurrence of turnover intention, reduce the turnover rate and make them serve the army better.
