装配式钢筋混凝土箱型板拱桥是我国南方山区较常采用的一种桥型,但随着交通量的增加及交通荷载的增大,部分已有结构承载力已无法满足现交通荷载的要求,因此亟需对其进行加固。本文结合云南省山区某座钢筋混凝土箱型拱桥加固工程,根据病害及检测结果拟定了加固设计方案。通过对拱圈外包混凝土增大其截面尺寸,将原拱式拱上建筑改为梁式拱上建筑,采用Midas Civil有限元程序建立了施工阶段模型并进行了计算分析,分析结果表明加固后结构承载力满足设计要求。该加固方案及分析过程可为同类桥型提高荷载等级或进行加固设计提供参考。
The prefabricated reinforced concrete box arch bridge is a kind of bridge commonly used in southern mountainous areas in China. However, with the increase of traffic volume and traffic load, some existing structural bearing capacity can not meet the requirements of current traffic load, Therefore, it is urgent to reinforce it. Based on the strengthening project of a certain reinforced concrete box arch bridge in the mountainous area of Yunnan Province, this paper draws up the reinforcement design scheme according to the disease and the test results. By increasing the cross-section size of concrete over the arch ring and changing the structure of the original arch arch to the beam arch over the building, the construction stage model was established by using the finite element program of Midas Civil and the calculation was carried out. The analysis results show that the reinforced structure Bearing capacity to meet the design requirements. The reinforcement scheme and analysis process can provide reference for the similar bridge type to increase the load level or reinforce the design.
