对拜耳法生产氧化铝中硫化钠脱锌技术进行了改进,提出了Na_2S-絮凝法脱锌;利用热力学计算,分析了p H值对硫化钠脱锌的影响,确定了适合拜耳液脱锌的工艺环节;研究了脱锌时,硫化钠浓度、温度、絮凝剂对其脱锌效率的影响.并最终确定了最佳工艺条件:对于含锌70 mg/L的拜尔液(Na_2S用量0.5 g/L、反应时间2 h、反应温度60℃、絮凝剂用量0.1%),较目前的生产工艺Na_2S用量减少30%,反应时间缩短70%;对于含锌30 mg/L的拜尔液(Na_2S用量0.1 g/L、反应时间2 h、反应温度60℃、絮凝剂用量0.1%),较目前的生产工艺Na_2S用量减少70%.
