目的:分析研究多层螺旋CT冠状动脉重建成像技术的临床应用价值。方法:对60例病人采取心电门控MSCT(多层螺旋CT)增强扫描,所得出的数据采取三维重建,当中17例和以往冠状动脉血管造影结果进行对比。结果:60例病人原始横断面图像和重建图像对近端冠状动脉全部显示成功,高达100%。对中段和远段的显示,横断面图像要比重建图像明显。7例呈现内支架8只。6例塔桥手术以后呈现桥血管15桥。17例多层螺旋CT呈现冠状动脉狭窄19处,通过DSA检查显示20处。结论:冠心病采取MSCT进行诊断,可以取得明显的临床效果,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. METHODS: Sixty patients underwent enhanced electrocardiogram-gated MSCT (Multi-slice Spiral CT) scan. The data obtained were reconstructed by three-dimensional reconstruction. Among them, 17 cases were compared with previous coronary angiography. RESULTS: The original cross-sectional and reconstructed images of 60 patients showed complete success at the proximal coronary arteries up to 100%. For the middle and distal segments, the cross-sectional image is significantly larger than the reconstructed image. Seven cases showed stent 8. Six cases of bridge bridge after surgery in 15 bridges. Twenty-nine cases of coronary artery stenosis were found in 17 cases of multislice spiral CT, and 20 were detected by DSA. Conclusion: The diagnosis of coronary heart disease by MSCT can achieve obvious clinical effect and has clinical value of popularization.
