近年来,由于功利主义的侵袭,使一些不和谐的音符在校园出现,如教育本体功能的淡漠、校园文化建设的错位、校园关系的对立及学校管理伦理性的遮蔽等,再加上学校管理片面追求标准化,使学生的人格和个性发展受到影响。这些问题虽然在宏观上与社会的转型有一定的关系,但从微观上看,与对和谐校园的深层结构及精髓的把握不无关系。从伦理学的视角审视校园文化,把握和谐校园的伦理特质对推进和谐校园建设,促进学生和谐发展有着积极的现实意义。
