调峰机组,不论两班制或少蒸汽运行,由于启动频繁或大幅度负荷波动,都将在部件上产生较大的热应力和疲劳损耗。 本文对国产125MW和200MW中间再热汽轮机转子在不同启动工况下的热应力分布,最大应力部位及低周疲劳损耗进行了分析与计算,提出了冷热态启动合理温升率的建议值。本文还提出了转子非稳定工况下热应力的简化计算式和汽温非线性变化时热应力及疲劳损耗的计算方法。
Peak peaking units, whether operated in two shifts or with less steam, will generate greater thermal stresses and fatigue losses on the components due to frequent or significant load fluctuations. This paper analyzes and calculates the thermal stress distribution, the maximum stress location and the low-cycle fatigue loss of the domestic reheating steam turbines of 125MW and 200MW under different start-up conditions, and puts forward the recommended value of the reasonable temperature rise rate when starting the cold-hot state. In this paper, the calculation formulas of thermal stress and calculation of thermal fatigue and fatigue loss under non-steady conditions are also proposed.
