Peyronie氏病是一种原发性阴茎性功能障碍性疾病,以阴茎硬结形成继之勃起阴茎变形为特征。硬结大多位于阴茎背侧,其形成继发于阴茎海绵体与白膜之间的疏松结缔组织进行性的纤维化。好发年龄40～60岁。最常见的症状是阴茎勃起疼痛伴阴茎向硬结侧弯曲。其病因不明。以前多采用期待疗法和内科治疗;但在部分病人中难以奏效。近10年来,外科治疗出现热潮,各种手术方法不断涌现,其中以Devine-Horton提出的硬结切除加真皮移植应用较广,据报道疗效达70％以上。而
Peyronie’s disease is a primary type of penile sexual dysfunction characterized by penile induration of the penis followed by erection of the penis. The induration is mostly located on the dorsal penis, which develops progressive fibrosis secondary to loose connective tissue between the penis and the white membrane. Good hair age 40 to 60 years old. The most common symptoms are erectile pain with penile curvature to the induration side. The cause is unknown. In the past the use of expectant therapy and medical treatment; but in some patients is difficult to work. In the past 10 years, there has been a surge in surgical treatment and various surgical methods have been emerging. Among them, the use of excision and dermal grafting proposed by Devine-Horton has been widely used, and the efficacy has been reported to be over 70%. and
