新教师发展的核心能力可以分解为知识重构、能力转型、方法变革和职业认同四个维度。基于新教师核心能力的发展,培训过程可设计为备课工作坊、教学作品分析和课例研修三个模块,按照不同文体教学分类,每一个模块以不同的形式不断强调并逐步解决教学中的主要问题。分级管理、资源共享是达成新教师培训目标的有力保障。
The core competence of the new teacher development can be decomposed into four dimensions: knowledge reconstruction, ability transformation, methodological change and professional identity. Based on the development of new teachers’ core competencies, the training process can be designed as a lesson preparation workshop, a teaching work analysis and a case study training. Each module is categorized according to different styles of teaching and learning. Each module continuously emphasizes and gradually solves the major problems in teaching problem. Hierarchical management, sharing of resources is to achieve a new teacher training objectives a strong guarantee.
