本文报告了16例原发性无功能性肾上腺皮质肿瘤，其临床表现多不明显，主要依靠B超或CT检查发现，恶性比例数大．一经诊断应尽快手术切除肿瘤，手术切口的选择应根据肿瘤直径大小，性质而定．
This article reports 16 cases of primary non-functional adrenal cortical tumors, their clinical manifestations are not obvious, mainly rely on B-ultrasound or CT examination found that a large proportion of malignant. Once diagnosed, the tumor should be resected as soon as possible. The choice of surgical incision should be based on the size and nature of the tumor.
