利用GC-MS联用仪和计算机信息检索法,通过对云南松Pinus yunnanensis树干韧皮部和枝梢的挥发性物质成分的分析发现,二部位所含挥发性物质在组成成分和含量上存在明显差异。云南松树干挥发物以α-蒎烯为主,含量达81.01%,枝梢为挥发物以α-蒎烯和β-水芹烯为主,含量分别达29.20%和30.52%。与云南松枝梢挥发物相比,在云南松树干的挥发性物质中含有较多的α-蒎烯和3-蒈烯;而在云南松枝梢挥发物中,则含有较多的莰烯、桧烯、柠檬烯、β-水芹烯、石竹烯和异松油烯。室内趋向试验表明,蛀梢期云南切梢小蠹Tomicus yunnanensis对云南松枝梢挥发物表现出一定的正趋向反应,而对云南松树干挥发物则表现出一定的忌避反应。
Using GC-MS and computer information retrieval method, the volatile components in the phloem and shoots of the Pinus yunnanensis trunk of Pinus yunnanensis were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the composition and content of the volatile components in the two parts. The main volatile compounds of Pinus yunnanensis were α-pinene, with content of 81.01%. The main volatile compounds were α-pinene and β-phellandrene, with contents of 29.20% and 30.52% respectively. Compared with the volatile components of Pinus yunnanensis, the volatile components of Pinus yunnanensis contained more α-pinene and 3-carene, while the volatile components of Pinus yunnanensis contained more camphene, Ene, limonene, beta-phellandrene, carnalline and terpinolene. Indoor tending tests showed that Tomicus yunnanensis showed a positive trend toward the volatiles of Pinus yunnanensis at the shoot-tip stage, while it showed a certain repellent response to the volatile compounds of Pinus yunnanensis.
