患儿男，10岁，湖北省沙市人。因发热3d、气促8h入院。入院前3d突然发热，体温38℃－39．5℃，无畏寒。服退热剂后体温有所下降。入院前sh骤起呼吸急促，痰不易咳出，肺部有痰鸣音。唇紫组，精神差。当地医院诊断为支气管炎。经抗炎及对症处理，紫绀有所缓解，而气促无改善。既 Children male, 10 years old, Shashi, Hubei Province.
