本文选48人,分2组:1组24名,15~34岁,男性12名,平均年龄24.7±5.5岁,女性12名,平均年龄21.3±7.3岁;2组24名,60~69岁,男性12名,平均年龄64.8±2.6岁,女性12名,平均年龄64.5±2.4岁。除2组有对称性听力减退(SRT 27.5dBHL)外,余均在正常范围。均作纯音及言语识别力检查及眼震电图记录①20mm视标偏斜产生20度眼运动,②自发性和凝视性眼震,③每秒位移10及20度水平闪光作视跟踪试验,每个位移速度测60秒钟。视距均为1 m,均无自发性和凝视性眼震。取中间20秒段正弦跟踪记录计分。结果:年青人组84%两种速度均现第Ⅰ型曲线,8%两种速度现Ⅱ型,4%现Ⅲ型及4%
