目的了解医学专业大学生的生命意义感及其影响因素,为提高大学生生命意义感提供理论依据。方法按年级和专业分层,随机抽取某医科大学本科生共395名。采用生命态度量表及自编问卷进行调查。结果女生的生命意义感总分、爱与关怀部分、情境部分、死亡态度层面、生命经验层面的得分均高于男生;公开谈论死亡组学生总均分及所有因子分均高于其他2组。结论该校医学生的生命态度较高。开设课程进行生命与死亡教育,帮助学生改善与父母关系,有助于提高学生的生命意义感。
Objective To understand the significance of life sense of medical college students and its influential factors, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving college students’ sense of life. Methods By grade and professional stratification, a total of 395 undergraduates of a medical university were randomly selected. Using life attitude scale and self-made questionnaire survey. Results The total score of life sense, love and care part, situation part, death attitude level and life experience level of girls were higher than those of boys. The average total score and all factors of students who talked about death group were higher than the other two groups. Conclusion Medical students in this school have a higher life attitude. Offering classes for life and death education helps students improve their relationship with their parents and helps improve students’ sense of life.
