近年来国家不断加大粮食仓储科技投入,大力倡导绿色储粮,但就目前情况来看,进展缓慢,仓储虫害防治还是以磷化氢熏蒸为主。由于磷化氢使用已半个多世纪,长时间使用单一药剂,虫害抗药性日趋增强,熏蒸效果逐年下降,而且粮食熏蒸后药剂残留,污染环境,危害人、畜健康。所以在保管中不熏蒸或少熏蒸储粮技术受人们普遍关注。本文总结多年储粮经验,结合温度控制、科学熏蒸、科学防护,尤其就是2014年以来22号仓免熏蒸与23号仓继续熏蒸做了实验对比,结果表明免熏蒸储粮的品质高于熏蒸储粮。
In recent years, the state has continuously increased investment in foodstuff storage technology and vigorously advocated green grain storage. However, at present, the progress is slow and the prevention and control of storage pests and diseases mainly focuses on the fumigation of phosphine. As the use of phosphine has been more than half a century, the use of a single agent for a long time, insecticide resistance is increasing, the fumigation effect declines year by year, and after the food fumigation residue, pollute the environment, endangering people and livestock health. So in custody not fumigation or less fumigation grain storage technology by the widespread concern. This article summarizes many years of experience in grain storage, combined with temperature control, scientific fumigation, scientific protection, especially since the No. 22 warehouse fumigation since 2014 and No. 23 warehouse fumigation to do an experimental comparison, the results show that the quality of fumigation stored grain higher than fumigation grain.
