我国加入WTO后,许多企业都面临着管理落后的严峻挑战,如果企业仍只注重短期利益,竞争力就会愈来愈弱。企业要将眼光放在长期利益上,必须实施以品质为中心的经营策略,才能达到持续发展的目的。在此背景下,抚顺烟草在日本“5S”管理理念的基础上又提出了安全、节约,即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、安全、节约、素养,提出推行基于“5S+”管理、目视化管理和自律量化管理理念的现场管理。
