本文以我省幼师专业学校展开的问卷调查结果进行分析,对于影响学前教育专业男毕业生从事幼教职业的原因进行了分析,并且透过这些现象对于问题本质进行了研究。通过这些分析研究展开讨论。对于目前存在的问题应采取的对策,本文提出了一些自身观点,期待能对于幼儿教育的发展水平起到进一步提高的作用。 This paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey carried out in our province’s kindergarten teachers’ schools to analyze the reasons that affect the pre-kindergarten male students engaged in kindergarten occupations and to study the nature of the problems through these phenomena.
