本文以我省幼师专业学校展开的问卷调查结果进行分析,对于影响学前教育专业男毕业生从事幼教职业的原因进行了分析,并且透过这些现象对于问题本质进行了研究。通过这些分析研究展开讨论。对于目前存在的问题应采取的对策,本文提出了一些自身观点,期待能对于幼儿教育的发展水平起到进一步提高的作用。
This paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey carried out in our province’s kindergarten teachers’ schools to analyze the reasons that affect the pre-kindergarten male students engaged in kindergarten occupations and to study the nature of the problems through these phenomena. Through these analytical studies to discuss. For the current problems to be taken countermeasures, this article put forward some of their own point of view, expectations can play a further role in promoting the level of development of early childhood education.
