介绍了清华大学与河南电力局合作开发的±300kvar先进静止无功发生器(STATCOM)所用的门极触发脉冲发生器的改进研究。触发脉冲发生器负责产生和分配控制GTO管导通、关断的触发脉冲。±300kvarSTATCOM从1997年4月在郑州孟砦变电站上网进行工业试运行以来,其基于声表面波器件的脉冲发生器,通过在STATCOM装置上进行带载运行实验,发现并解决了精度问题。该方案用存储逻辑实现18脉冲阶梯波STATCOM脉冲发生器的硬件。探讨了FACTS装置对脉冲发生器的性能指标要求,指出脉冲发生器的设计方案、制作工艺直接影响STATCOM的性能,甚至关系到STATCOM能否正常工作。
This paper introduces the improvement of the gate triggering pulse generator used by ± 300kvar Advanced Static VAR Generator (STATCOM) developed by Tsinghua University and Henan Electric Power Bureau. Trigger pulse generator is responsible for generating and distribution control GTO conduction, turn off the trigger pulse. ± 300kvarSTATCOM From April 1997 in Zhengzhou Mengzhai substation network for industrial commissioning since its SAW device based pulse generator, carried out by the STATCOM device carried run experiments found and solved the accuracy problem.
