对数控机床的要求而言,稳定性、可靠性是首要的条件,而数控系统的稳定性、可靠性则是保证数控机床稳定、可靠运行的重要条件。数控系统一般在电磁环境较恶劣的工业现场使用,为保证系统的正常工作,系统在设计时对电磁骚扰应有足够的抗干扰度要求。本文首先介绍数控系统电磁兼容性要求与抗干扰措施;接着介绍屏蔽技术,使用屏蔽切断辐射电磁噪声传输途径,使系统避免电磁噪声干扰;最后介绍滤波技术,以抑制导线传输的传导干扰。设计指南则以实例说明电磁兼容设计,供读者设计参考。
The requirements of CNC machine tools, stability, reliability is the primary condition, and CNC system stability, reliability is to ensure that the CNC machine tools stable and reliable operation of the important conditions. The numerical control system generally uses in the harsh industrial environment of the electromagnetic environment, in order to guarantee the normal work of the system, the system should have enough antijamming degree requirement to the electromagnetic disturbance when designing. This paper introduces the EMC requirements and anti-jamming measures of NC system firstly. Then we introduce the shielding technology, use the shielding to cut off the transmission route of radiated electromagnetic noise to make the system avoid electromagnetic noise interference. Finally, we introduce the filtering technology to suppress the conducted interference of wire transmission. Design Guide is an example of electromagnetic compatibility design for readers to design reference.
