设计的多功能可控式RC加工电源综合了传统的张弛式RC电源和晶体管式电源的优点,易配置成各种拓扑结构的加工电源,并可在等脉冲和等能量两种模式下工作。电容的存在使放电电流具有更快的上升沿、更高的峰值密度和更小的震荡,从而有利于提高放电蚀除能力。在等脉冲模式下,当并联电容值小于某特定值时,随着电容的增加,总加工时间下降,而侧向加工间隙没有明显变化。当脉宽为5μs,脉间为25μs,限流电阻为45Ω时,该特定值约为15000pF。电容的存在,还会使电源在脉间内也具有放电能力,从而具有更高的放电频率和加工速度;而在等能量模式下可获得更好的放电一致性,从而获得更好的表面加工质量。
The multi-function controllable RC processing power supply is designed to combine the advantages of the traditional relaxation type RC power supply and transistor power supply. It is easy to configure as a topological processing power supply and can work in two modes of equal pulse and equal energy. The presence of a capacitor allows the discharge current to have faster rising edges, higher peak densities and less concussion, thereby contributing to the improvement of discharge abilities. In constant pulse mode, when the shunt capacitance value is less than a certain value, with the increase of capacitance, the total processing time decreases, but there is no obvious change in the lateral machining gap. The specific value is about 15000 pF when the pulse width is 5 μs, the pulse width is 25 μs, and the current limiting resistance is 45 Ω. The presence of capacitors also results in the power supply also having discharge capability in the meridian, resulting in higher discharge frequency and processing speed; better discharge consistency can be obtained in isentropic modes for better surface processing quality.
