根据宝鸡市陈仓区在“5.12”汶川地震后的震害调查资料,对该地区建(构)筑物震害状况进行了统计,并分析了建筑选址、结构选型和建筑抗震构造措施等因素对震害的影响。结果表明:该地区建筑物应选取合适的结构体系来抵御地震作用;应重视建筑结构的抗震构造措施;建筑的选址应避开地质不良地区;宝鸡市陈仓区破坏异常严重,建议重新评定宝鸡市陈仓区的建筑抗震设防等级。所得结论可供该地区今后建筑抗震设计及施工参考。
