The polarographic analysis is a rapid and accurate chemical analysis by J. Heyrovesky at the University of Charles in Prague, Czech Republic, studying the electrolysis on the drop electrodes. Polarography is a graph of the relationship between the electrolytic current and the applied voltage when a special electrode action is performed. The qualitative and quantitative results can be obtained simultaneously on the polarographic coordinates. The principle of polarographic analysis is the same as that of ordinary electrolysis, except that two electrodes with very different sizes are used in the battery (as shown in Figure 1): one is a large mercury cell plane electrode, and the other is non-stop.
