根据层流等离子体射流的特性,建立了焊接穿孔型热源模型,并采用Abaqus有限元分析软件对穿孔型层流等离子弧焊残余应力进行了数值模拟。结果表明,层流等离子体射流焊后应力要比湍流等离子体射流小很多,为以后的研究奠定了理论基础。
According to the characteristics of laminar plasma jet, a welding perforation heat source model was established and the residual stress of perforation type laminar plasma arc welding was simulated by Abaqus finite element analysis software. The results show that the stress after laminar plasma jet welding is much smaller than that of turbulent plasma jet, which lays a theoretical foundation for future research.
