本文以离子交换-复分解法合成了未见文献报道的13-钒镍(锰)杂多酸的稀土盐.通式为Ln_2H[MV_(13)O_(38)]·nH_2O[Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu;M=Ni,Mn].经元素分析、红外光谱、电子顺磁共振、磁化率及~(51)V NMR核磁共振谱对其结构进行了表征.微量细胞培养四氮唑(MTT)法实验表明:13-钒镍(锰)杂多阴离子的镨盐对多种人癌细胞具有较强的杀伤作用,显示出较强的体外抗肿瘤活性.
In this paper, rare earth salts of 13-vanadium-nickel (manganese) heteropoly acid reported in the literature have been synthesized by ion exchange-metathesis. The general formula is Ln_2H[MV_(13)O_(38)]·nH_2O[Ln=La, Ce , Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu; M = Ni, Mn]. Their structure was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance, magnetic susceptibility, and ~(51)V NMR spectroscopy. The tetrazolium (MTT) method experiments showed that the yttrium salt of 13-V-Ni(Mn) heteropolyanion had a strong killing effect on various human cancer cells and showed strong antitumor activity in vitro.
