设计了一种应用于煤矸石粉碎生产线的高合金耐磨锤头工件材质识别及自动分拣装置。以S7-200 PLC为控制器,利用增量式旋转编码器、传感器、变频器等技术,完成了系统的硬件设计、软件设计和触摸屏上位机通信。实验结果表明:该装置智能化程度较高,可靠性好,可较好地应用于自动化煤矸石粉碎生产线中各种工件组合套件的自动分拣。
A kind of material identification and automatic sorting device of high-alloy wear-resisting hammerhead applied to coal gangue crushing production line was designed. With the S7-200 PLC as the controller, the system hardware design, software design and touch screen PC communication are completed by using incremental rotary encoder, sensor and frequency converter. The experimental results show that the device has a high degree of intelligence and good reliability, and can be applied to the automatic sorting of various workpiece assemblies in an automatic gangue crushing production line.
