为了研究烤烟新品种豫烟13号的抗旱性,以主栽品种中烟100为对照品种,采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫对农艺性状、地上部鲜重、干重、根系指标、酶活性和产量的影响。结果表明,干旱条件下,中烟100和豫烟13号株高和茎围明显降低;干旱对根、茎、叶干重影响较大,直接影响单株产量,干旱条件下2个品种产量显著低于正常供水处理,与中烟100相比,豫烟13号产量受干旱影响程度较小;与中烟100相比较,干旱条件下豫烟13号酶活性增加幅度大。综合各指标来看,豫烟13号抗旱能力优于中烟100。
