介绍了重点国家级火炬计划项目“ZLRJ智能弯管流量计”(现已由技术监督局统一为ZWL型智能弯管流量计 )的理论研究和实验研究的内容 ,重点围绕主体实验研究的内容展开。理论研究突出阐明了弯管流量计类似一种整流装置 ,主流动和压力差具有严格对应性。给出了二次流影响的形式和程度。而系统的实验研究内容则给出了弯管流量计可以达到 1 0级测量准确度的规模化生产条件。在特别提出了流量系数随管径变化问题的同时 ,也给出了在低粘度介质中不随流速及雷诺数变化的结果
The contents of the theoretical research and experimental research of “ZLRJ intelligent elbow flowmeter” (now unified by the Technical Supervision Bureau as ZWL intelligent elbow flowmeter) of the key national torch project are introduced, focusing on the main experimental research content .
