中国传统美学向来注重主体自由精神的表现。这种自由精神又集中地体现于“自得”与“得之于内”说。“自得”的特点是自由、自觉与自主。对外是超越了一切束缚与强制,向内则是开辟一片心灵的净土,使心灵有个安顿处的精神需求,即心灵的宁静与自由,特立独行,有着对个体精神自由的向往,自在、自然,不刻意为之。时空的相对性和自由性往往在艺术中得以自然的体现,这在中国传统绘画中表现得尤为明显,因为中国传统绘画受老庄思想影响至深。
Chinese traditional aesthetics has always paid attention to the performance of the spirit of the main body of freedom. This kind of free spirit is also concentrated in “self-contained” and “inner-derived” terms. “Enjoyment ” is characterized by freedom, self-awareness and autonomy. The external world is beyond all restraint and coercion. Inwards, it is to open up a pure land of the soul and make the soul have a spiritual need of settling down, that is, the quiet and free heart of the mind. It is independent and has longing for individual spiritual freedom, Naturally, not deliberately. The relativity and freedom of time and space are often reflected naturally in the art. This is especially evident in traditional Chinese paintings, for traditional Chinese paintings are deeply influenced by Lao-Zhuang’s thought.
