以10个玉米自交系组配成的6个紫玉米组合为试材进行生理指标研究。结果表明,紫色植株的紫玉米组合叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b含量及叶绿素a/b值均低于绿色植株的紫玉米组合,类胡萝卜素含量表现为相反的趋势;叶片花青素含量越高,净光合速率越低;紫色植株的紫玉米组合叶片衰老速度较绿色植株的紫玉米组合快。试验还表明,通过紫粒与非紫粒玉米杂交,仍可获得较高的花青素产量。
The physiological characteristics of 6 maize combinations with 10 maize inbred lines were studied. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a + b and chlorophyll a / b in purple maize were lower than that of green plants, and the content of carotenoids showed the opposite trend. Anthocyanin The higher the content was, the lower the net photosynthetic rate was. The purple maize combination had faster leaf senescence than the purple maize combination of green plants. Experiments also showed that higher yields of anthocyanins can still be obtained by crossing purple and non-purple maize.
