单纯的任务绩效考核会使管理导向偏差,甚至促使员工或部门只重视自身工作任务的完成,只顾自身利益,而对他人与整个公司利益漠不关心。因此,借鉴先进的绩效管理理论,推行二维绩效管理,将任务绩效、关系绩效两者有机组合,完善“二维”考核评价体系,综合评价员工、部门和企业的业绩和行为,不断推进经营创新和管理创新,最终实现员工价值和企业价值的共同创造。
