目的:基于肿瘤形状给出自动优化靶点数目及位置。方法:在采用立体定向技术治疗肿瘤时,一个关键的问题是如何选择合适的靶点数目及其相关的几何参数如靶点位置、准直器直径等尽可能好地覆盖肿瘤。本文提出一种基于肿瘤形状的数学模型对问题进行描述,并用优化方法加以解决。结果:将文中介绍的方法应用于几个实际例子,结果表明我们的方法快速而且有效。结论:几何规划靶点数目是使方案优化达到实时的一个重要方法。
Objective: To automatically optimize the number and location of targets based on tumor shape. Methods: When using stereotactic techniques to treat tumors, a key issue is how to choose the right number of target points and related geometric parameters such as target location, collimator diameter, etc. to cover the tumor as well as possible. This article proposes a mathematical model based on the shape of the tumor to describe the problem and solve it with an optimization method. Results: The method described in this article was applied to several practical examples. The results show that our method is fast and effective. Conclusion: The number of geometric planning targets is an important method for realizing the optimization of the scheme.
