[目的]探讨正常糖耐量人群血浆网膜素水平以及与肥胖、血糖脂水平、胰岛素分泌和作用等因素的关系。[方法]随机选择健康体检者90名,其中正常体重者63名(33名男性,30名女性),超重/肥胖者27名(22名男性,5名女性)。采用ELASA(酶联免疫分析)法测定血浆网膜素水平。分析网膜素与空腹血脂谱、体质指数(BMI)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)之间的关系。[结果]①超重/肥胖者较正常体重者血浆网膜素水平为低,两组之间比较差别具有显著性(P<0.05)。②校正年龄、性别后血浆网膜素水平与BMI、HOMA-IR及腰围呈负相关。③校正年龄、性别后血浆网膜素水平与HDL呈正相关。④多元逐步回归分析显示,BMI及HOMR-IR是影响血浆网膜素水平的显著因素。[结论]①血浆网膜素水平与胰岛素敏感性呈正相关。②肥胖可能负性调节网膜素基因的表达,或阻止其释放入血。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between plasma retinin level and the factors of obesity, hyperglycemia, insulin secretion and effect in normal glucose tolerance population. [Method] Ninety healthy subjects were randomly selected, including 63 normal subjects (33 males and 30 females) and 27 overweight / obese (22 males and 5 females). Plasma retinin levels were measured using ELASA (enzyme-linked immunoassay). The relationship between OPG and fasting lipid profile, body mass index (BMI), fasting insulin (FINS) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was analyzed. [Results] ① The level of plasma retinin in overweight / obese subjects was lower than that in normal weight group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). ② Correction of age, gender, plasma retinin levels and BMI, HOMA-IR and waist circumference was negatively correlated. ③ Corrected age, gender, plasma retinin levels and HDL was positively correlated. ④ Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that BMI and HOMR-IR were the significant factors affecting plasma retinin levels. [Conclusion] ① There is a positive correlation between plasma retinin level and insulin sensitivity. ② obesity may negatively regulate the expression of the retinal genes, or prevent its release into the blood.
