著名教育家叶澜教授说:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师坚持写三年教学反思可能成为名师。”由此可见,撰写教学后记非常重要。教学后记促使每位教师重新审视自己,促进角色的变换。教学后记是教师的专业学习与全面发展的过程,与一般的面向学生的教学方法不同,它不仅仅能促进学生的学习与发展,也能全面促进教师素质的提高,使其成为研究型的教师。
Professor Ye Lan, a famous educator, said: “A teacher writing a lifetime lesson does not necessarily become a teacher, if a teacher insists writing three years of teaching reflection may become a teacher.” Thus, writing teaching postscript is very important. Teaching postscript prompted each teacher to re-examine themselves and promote the transformation of the role. The teaching postscript is the process of professional learning and overall development of teachers. Different from the general teaching methods for students, it not only promotes students ’learning and development, but also promotes the improvement of teachers’ qualities in an all-round way and makes them become research teachers .
