报道了用电子束共辐照法对石棉纤维辐射接枝有机单体表面改性的研究.用重量法、灼烧法、元素分析、扫描电镜及红外光谱法对接枝共聚物进行表征证明,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)已通过化学键接枝在石棉纤维上.经接枝反应的质量分数、接枝温度及辐照剂量的研究表明,辐射引发无机材料的接枝反应具有复杂的机理.通过测定接枝共聚物的接触角、计算表面自由能及其分量证实,石棉纤维辐射接枝有机单体后能达到表面改性的目的
The study on surface modification of asbestos fiber irradiated grafted organic monomers by electron beam co-irradiation was reported. The grafting copolymer was characterized by gravimetric method, ignition method, elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that MMA and ST had been chemically grafted onto asbestos fibers. The grafting reaction mass fraction, grafting temperature and irradiation dose studies have shown that radiation-induced grafting of inorganic materials has a complex mechanism. By measuring the contact angle of the graft copolymer and calculating the surface free energy and its components, it was confirmed that asbestos fibers can achieve the purpose of surface modification after radiated grafting organic monomers
