大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥施工过程相当复杂,施工方法和安装程序不但影响安装时的结构应力,而且决定最终成桥线形和内力。有效地实施施工监控对桥梁施工过程中的结构安全、确保最终大桥的顺利合拢以及成桥状态的线形和受力情况符合设计要求是必不可少的。文章以实际工程,分析了预应力混凝土连续梁桥施工监控的主要内容和方法。运用MIDAS/Civil专用分析软件,根据高强混凝土现场收缩徐变,建立了相应仿真分析模型,对施工各阶段的位移进行计算,给出施工过程中变形的仿真分析结果。结合现代预测控制理论知识,建立现场施工监控系统,分析施工监控的影响因素,提出相应的预控措施,合理指导施工。
The construction process of the long-span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is rather complicated. The construction method and installation procedure not only affect the structural stress during installation, but also determine the final alignment and internal force of the bridge. It is essential to effectively implement the construction monitoring to the structural safety during the construction of the bridge, to ensure the smooth closing of the final bridge and the linear and stress conditions of the bridge to meet the design requirements. In this paper, the main contents and methods of construction monitoring of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge are analyzed with practical engineering. According to the field shrinkage and creep of high strength concrete, the corresponding simulation analysis model is established by using MIDAS / Civil special analysis software. The displacement of each stage of construction is calculated, and the simulation analysis results of deformation in construction process are given. Combining with the knowledge of modern predictive control theory, the on-site construction monitoring system is established, the influencing factors of construction monitoring are analyzed, and the corresponding pre-control measures are put forward to guide the construction reasonably.
