目的 探讨江西省卫氏并殖吸虫病流行状况及其变化的原因。 方法 选择江西省靖安县、万载县 2个林场和玉山县 1个镇进行流行病学调查和回顾性分析 ,调查卫氏并殖吸虫病中间宿主放逸短沟蜷 (Semisulcospiralibertina)与华溪蟹 (Sinopotamonspp .)、保虫宿主 (猫、犬、果子狸、野猫等 )感染率 ,以及流行区生态环境变化和人群个体行为变化。 结果 卫氏并殖吸虫病流行区中间宿主放逸短沟蜷与华溪蟹平均感染率分别为 0 2 1%和5 4 3 % ,保虫宿主平均感染率为 5 6%。与 2 0年前比较 ,华溪蟹感染率明显下降。 结论 江西省原流行区仍有卫氏并殖吸虫病流行 ,生态环境改变可能导致华溪蟹的感染率下降。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and the causes of Paragonimiasis in Jiangxi Province. Methods Epidemiological investigation and retrospective analysis were conducted in Jing’an County of Jiangxi Province, 2 forest farms of Wanzai County and 1 town of Yushan County. The investigation was conducted to investigate the relationship between Semisulcospiralibertina and Chinese crab (Sinopotamonspp.), Host infection rate (host cats, dogs, civets, wild cats, etc.), as well as changes in the ecological environment of the endemic areas and individual behavior. Results The prevalence of Paragonimus westermani in the prevalence area of Paragonimus westermani was 0 2 1% and 5 43%, respectively. The average infection rate of host was 56%. Compared with 20 years ago, Huaxi crab infection decreased significantly. Conclusions There is still a prevalence of Paragonimus westermani in the endemic areas of Jiangxi Province. The change of ecological environment may lead to the decrease of the infection rate of Huaxi crabs.
