残胃是公认的胃癌癌前状态，近年颇受关注，残胃癌严格是指胃或十二指肠疾病行胃大部切除术后１０年以上发生的胃癌。大多数人认为：胃良性疾病术后５年，恶性疾病术后１０年于残胃发生的癌肿称为残胃癌［１，２］。本文采用此标准分析我院自１９８７年４月～１９９８年４月间
Remnant stomach is recognized as a precancerous condition of gastric cancer and has received considerable attention in recent years. Remnant gastric cancer strictly refers to gastric or duodenal disease that occurs after more than 10 years of gastrectomy. Most people think that: 5 years after the benign disease of the stomach, the cancer that develops in the residual stomach after 10 years of malignant disease is called residual gastric cancer [1, 2]. This article uses this standard to analyze our hospital from April 1987 to April 1998
