近年来,我局在加快电网建设步伐、开辟电力市场的同时,紧紧抓住电量、电价、电费回收这条主线,采取以法律、法规为准绳,以政治思想工作为先导,党政领导挂帅抓电费回收工作等方式和手段,使我局在电费回收方面取得了一定的成绩。去年,直管部分电费回收率达到98％,代管部分电费回收率达到89％。今年电费回收继续保持良好势头,我们的主要作法是:

Grasping the way of recovering electricity charges and other methods and means enabled the Bureau to obtain certain achievements in the recovery of electricity charges.
