Breast cancer tissues have higher expression of Fas ligand (Fas L) [1]. Whether this expression can induce apoptosis of Fas-positive immune effector cells and actively inhibit the body’s immune function is still unclear. The authors examined the expression of RNA and protein of breast cancer cell line MCF-7 Fasm and its secretion of soluble Fas L (s Fas L) and observed that the cell line was positive for Fas expression.
