采用《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》规定的方法,对25%吡蚜·噻虫嗪悬浮剂进行环境生物—鱼、蜂、鸟、蚕的急性毒性测定。结果表明,25%吡蚜·噻虫嗪悬浮剂对鱼96h的LC50值为60.2mg/L,对蜂48h的LC50值为2.16mg/L,对鸟7d的LD50值>1000mg/(kgav.),对二龄期家蚕96h的LC50值为28.6mg/L。提示25%吡蚜·噻虫嗪悬浮剂对鱼类、鸟类的毒性为低毒,对家蚕的毒性为中毒,对蜜蜂的毒性为高毒。
Acute toxicity of 25% pymetrozine and thiamethoxam suspension to environmental organisms - fish, bee, bird and silkworm was determined using the method of “Guidelines for Environmental Safety Evaluation of Chemical Pesticides”. The results showed that the LC50 value of 96% imidacloprid / thiamethoxam suspension for fish 96h was 60.2mg / L, the LC50 value for bee 48h was 2.16mg / L, and the LD50 value for bird 7d> 1000mg / (kgav. , LC50 value of the second instar silkworm 96h was 28.6mg / L. It indicates that the toxicity of 25% imidacloprid and thiamethoxam to fish and birds is low toxicity, the toxicity to silkworm is poisoning and the toxicity to bees is highly toxic.
