Four male mice of 10 to 20 weeks of age (2 of them undergoing 2/3 hepatectomy) were exposed to 104, 375, 591 and 922 ppm of styrene, respectively, for 4 days a day for 4 days. Another two groups of mice were exposed to 922 ppm for 1 or 2 days respectively. BrdU incorporation immediately after the last contact.
