目的:探讨心理教育对偏执型精神分裂症的疗效.方法:将符合CCMD-2偏执型精神分裂症诊断标准的患者240例随机分为两组.药物稳定后分别给予精神药物联合心理教育及精神药物单独治疗,出院两年时跟踪随访.结果:两组间BPRS和GAS的比较无显著差异,实验组较对照组的治疗依从性明显提高.出院后两年的SDSS总分值实验组低于对照组,其病情复发率明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:心理教育可改善患者的社会适应能力,提高服从治疗的依从性,降低复发率.
