本文对沥青拌和机烘干筒的传热方式,各传热方式的传热量计算及影响传热量和传热效率的有关因素进行了深入的分析,尤其是对逆流换热过程的基本原理,其低温区段的温度梯度对传热效率和热能利用的影响作了明确阐述。结合实际设计课题开发了烘干筒热计算的计算机程序,并给出了其软件柜图。对沥青拌和机的工程设计和教学具有一定指导意义。
In this paper, the heat transfer method of the asphalt mixing drum drying drum, the calculation of the heat transfer rate of each heat transfer method, and the related factors affecting the heat transfer rate and heat transfer efficiency are deeply analyzed, especially the basic principle of the countercurrent heat exchange process. The effect of the temperature gradient in the low temperature section on the heat transfer efficiency and the use of heat energy is clearly described. The computer program of the thermal calculation of the drying cylinder was developed in conjunction with the actual design project, and its software cabinet diagram was given. It has guiding significance for engineering design and teaching of asphalt mixing machine.
