人力资源是最重要的资源。就粮食行业而言,具有高技能的粮食从业人员队伍对于加快粮食产业发展,保障粮食安全至关重要。必须高度重视高技能粮食人才的培养工作,建立完善以职业资格证书制度为基础的粮食特有工种职业技能培训新机制,适应粮食产业高速发展的需要。本文从江苏粮食特有工种职业技能培训的实际出发,分析现状,指出不足,提出有效开展职业技能培训、提升粮食行业从业人员素质的思路和办法。 Human resources are the most important resources. In the food industry, highly skilled food practitioners are vital to speeding up the food industry and ensuring food security. We must attach great importance to the training of highly-skilled food professionals, establish and improve a new mechanism for vocational skills training for grain-specific types of work based on the vocational qualification certificate system, and meet the needs of the rapid development of the food industry. Based on the actual situation of vocational skill training of grain-specific workers in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the status quo and points out the shortcomings. It puts forward the ideas and measures to effectively carry out vocational skills training and improve the quality of practitioners in food industry.
