目的:研究白藜芦醇对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的影响.。方法:用Griess法测定巨噬细胞一氧化氮的生成量,测定巨噬细胞细胞内乳酸脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性,采用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期的变化。结果:白藜芦醇在6~10μg/mL浓度范围可显著促进正常巨噬细胞的NO生成,在10~20μg/mL浓度范围可抑制LPS激活的巨噬细胞的NO生成。结论:白藜芦醇对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞一氧化氮的生成具有激活和抑制作用。
Objective: To study the effect of resveratrol on murine peritoneal macrophages. METHODS: The amount of nitric oxide produced by macrophages was measured by Griess method. The activities of lactate dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase in macrophages were measured. The cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. Results: Resveratrol significantly promoted the NO production in normal macrophages at a concentration range of 6 ~ 10μg / mL. NO production was inhibited by LPS - activated macrophages at the concentration of 10 ~ 20μg / mL. Conclusion: Resveratrol can activate and inhibit nitric oxide production in murine peritoneal macrophages.
