本文叙述了短波长(0.85μm)高速光接收机前置放大器的设计、性能和在数字彩色电视光纤传输系统中的实际应用。本前放电路是由R-APD雪崩光电二极管、第一级为跨阻抗双极晶体管的三极放大器及射随器组成的。全机均采用国产元、器件,具有结构简单、调节容易、性能稳定、调换集成块方便等优点。在彩色电视的传输中,达到预定指标。本前放是作为数字光纤彩色电视传输系统的部件而研制的。
This article describes the design and performance of a short wavelength (0.85μm) high speed optical receiver preamplifier and its practical application in a digital color television optical fiber transmission system. The former discharge circuit is composed of R-APD avalanche photodiode, the first stage for the three-pole transimpedance bipolar transistor amplifier and emitter follower composition.
