本文基于模拟及其分析结果,从不同方面对改善或提高蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)效能的相关问题作了一般性讨论。井眼设计必须与重力泄油速率相匹配。操作压力对开采速度起着重要作用,较低的操作压力会减小汽油比,减少H2S的产出,还可以减少二氧化硅的溶解,从而减轻水处理问题。尽管如此,低操作压力增加了将流体举升至地面的难度。此外,蒸汽添加剂可能是增加这一工艺能效的另一个选择。
Based on the simulation results and the analysis results, this paper discusses the related issues of improving or increasing the performance of steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) in different aspects. The wellbore design must match the gravity drainage rate. Operating pressure plays an important role in the production rate. Lower operating pressures reduce the gasoline ratio, reduce the output of H2S, and can also reduce the dissolution of silica to reduce water treatment problems. However, low operating pressure increases the difficulty of lifting the fluid to the surface. In addition, steam additives may be another option to increase the energy efficiency of this process.
