Under the current economic situation, China’s financial enterprises are facing an external environment with an accelerated reform process and an increasingly fierce competition. How to concentrate limited resources to better improve product quality, improve service quality and improve operating efficiency of enterprises is the subject of financial enterprises. In business operations, non-core business outsourcing is a model commonly adopted by enterprises. That is, enterprises outsource some auxiliary businesses by integrating external advantages and resources so as to reduce costs, improve efficiency and concentrate limited resources to develop core competitiveness.
