本文调查研究了高校英语学习者接受性书面词汇量(即阅读词汇量)和接受性口语词汇量(即听力词汇量)以及学习者的接受性词汇量与英语听力理解能力之间的关系。研究先发现:1)学习者的阅读词汇量和听力词汇量存在显著相关性,且阅读词汇量高于听力词汇量;2)阅读词汇量和听力词汇量均与英语听力理解水平均存在显著相关性,但英语听力理解水平对听力词汇量的依赖高于阅读词汇量;3)在三个频率水平的词汇中,中等频率水平的听力词汇量与听力理解水平表现出最强的关联关系。
This paper investigates and studies the relationship between English learners’ acceptance of written vocabulary (ie, reading vocabulary) and receptive spoken vocabulary (ie, listening vocabulary) and learners’ receptive vocabulary and English listening comprehension. The study found that: 1) The learner’s reading vocabulary and listening vocabulary are significantly correlated, and the reading vocabulary is higher than the listening vocabulary; 2) The reading vocabulary and listening vocabulary are significantly correlated with the English listening comprehension level Sex, but the level of English listening comprehension is more dependent on listening vocabulary than reading vocabulary; 3) Among the three frequency levels of vocabulary, the level of listening vocabulary and listening comprehension level at the intermediate frequency show the strongest correlation.
