以矿用大规模锂电池应急电源为基础,对100节锂电池串联构成的大规模电池组的电池管理系统进行了设计。给出了该电池管理系统的整体方案,主要设计了系统中的充电电路、电池电压采集及均衡电路、SPI通信电路。并在设计电流测量及时钟电路的基础上,采用安时积分法,给出了SOC估算的流程。设计内容有利于多节大容量锂电池应急电源的应用推广。
Based on the emergency power supply of large-scale lithium battery for mining, the battery management system of large-scale battery pack consisting of 100 lithium batteries in series was designed. The overall program of the battery management system is given, the main design of the system charging circuit, battery voltage acquisition and equalization circuit, SPI communication circuit. And in the design of current measurement and clock circuit based on the use of safety integration method, gives the SOC estimation process. Design content is conducive to multi-section large-capacity lithium battery emergency power application promotion.
